Discovering the local produce

With its top chefs, prize-winning beers and fine Cheeses, Around Louvre-Lens destination is an amazing food destination. The master chefs really know how to work with the local produce. To fully appreciate this region has to offer, I recommend the beers made by Vincent Bogeart at the Saint-Germain Brewery, they are a must. Do stop off at the Arras market on Saturday morning, time permitting to breath in the smell of the fine cheeses.
