The treasures of Amiens Cathedral
Notre-Dame Cathedral is a genuine treasure trove for me. One of the most notable is The Weeping Angel, a small statue known the world over. During the First World War, the only post card that could be found featured this cherub. Soldiers sent thousands of post cards of the Weeping Angel to their families to the four corners of the Commonwealth.
