A place is nothing without someone to bring life to it. I was born in Normandy and Northern France is dear to my heart. In another life, long before settling down in ABBEVILLE, I was a pastry chef in Michelin starred establishments in France, Switzerland and England. As a lover of old stones, I fell in love with this old religious house. Restoring it (thankfully to the craftsmen who patiently helped and guided me...), redesigning the garden, pruning, planting, tilling, and soon organising a vegetable garden have kept me busy for almost two years. As I am passionate about pastry but also about cooking, I will be keen to introduce you to my sweet and sour universe but also to pass on my knowledge through the various training courses I offer. In a few words, I will do my utmost to welcome you the best as I can.
